There was a paperwork mix up at our Agent's, so by the time Berwick Pest Control got the go ahead, the European Wasp nest - inside the bedroom wall - seemed to have doubled in size. Matt was great to speak to on the phone, and even though it was after 2pm on a Friday, assured us that he would be there at 1pm on Saturday. He was early! Matt was very reassuring, lovely to speak with, and extremely thorough. He even told us that he would return if there was *any* sign of life after the first 24 hours. But, given how careful he was to 'spray' every possible exit, it wasn't necessary. I would have no hesitation in recommending him personally, or (godforbid) calling him again should we need a pest controller. ~ Shell

We recently got horrible ants issue that i found hundreds of ants in my toilet over the weekend so i rang Berwick pest control on Monday to book the service. Brendan was such a lovely guy, very punctual, arrived 10 mins early and waited quietly outside. I asked hundreds of questions regards the ants & spiders issues as they are the major concerns. Brendan was very professional, answered all of my questions patiently and gave me some gel to attract ants & demolish the nest in case they come back again. He inspected the whole house thoughtfully and advised me some useful tips to keep the ants away. I’m very happy with Brendan’s service he’s a legend. Sophie ~ Sophie S

An absolutely amazing Company to deal with. From the first friendly phonecall to the same day service - I was very impressed. Joe and Ellie arrived and explained everything to me as to what they would be doing and walked me around my house to show me where rodents could be getting in. Joe discovered two dead mice in the roof, bagged them up and took them away to dispose of them. He then lay bait to hopefully deter any more “visitors”! We always use Berwick Pest Control and have done for several years. After being overcharged by another company some time ago we gave this company a try and havent looked back since, their price is great value. Great experience from start to finish. Berwick pest control was easy to deal with and booking the service was simple. Izaac arrived on time, was very friendly, and clearly knowledgeable about the product used. He took the time to answer all of my questions, particularly around pet safety, which I really appreciated. Dylan attended our place on Saturday and explained the whole process for having our house sprayed inside and out for spiders and creey crawlies. Very professional and answered all of out questions. Dylan did a great job and we could see the aftermath of dead insects immediately once we returned home. We felt very comfortable in leaving Dylan at our place while we went out for a few hours. Had ant issue last week. Called BPC and though last minute, office managed to get Steve out within 2 hours. He explained and told us what would be done and assured us he would be back if the ants come back. Steve was patient and gave us time to pack and leave the house so he could do his job. BPC cleaned up an emergency wasp infestation at our home at short notice - they arrived punctually within hours of our call. Dylan was extremely friendly and did an excellent job while also providing useful information about wasps and preventing future pest infestations. The price was also very reasonable. The gentleman on the phone was very informative and took time to understand my problems and concerns. Dylon came next morning and he did very thorough inspection. Berwick Pest Control has been a delightful experience. We had mice and they were eradicated. While they were here, we also treated insects and spiders. Very efficient and accommodating, we had to desperately get rid of dead rodent and they accommodated us in a couple of hours even after they had no availability. Highly recommend Berwick pest control they done a fantastic job! Had them out for a Spider and bug spray and removal of birds nest .. wow not a normal birds nest so we discovered .. called them out to then do pest check n baits in roof and they were out the same day! We had a Wasp hive treated and terminated today between xmas and Nye. Called Berwick Pest Control this morn and job was complete before 12.00 by Dylan. Very prompt, friendly and professional service.
